I have been really busy trying to get this house ready. Right now I have decided that it just makes too much sense to sell the place, even though my original plan was to fix it up so that I could move in. However I can turn a nearly obscene profit and it just does not seem to me as though this house is ever going to be worth more than it is right now. I am looking for quotes on tree trimming in Hendersonville NC right now, even though I am not sure that the next buyer is going to realize what is going on with the tree hanging over the carport. Of course it is going to be winter before long and when a tree is leaning before the ice and snow, it is very likely that it is going to fall when the storm hits. Obviously they are going to fall the way that they are leaning as well.

Aside from that I still have some stuff to do, but it is all mainly cosmetic. A couple of the shutters do not look quite right. They seem to have been painted with spray paint to be honest about it. It is a small thing, but that is not a reason to ignore it. Then I need to do a little bit of landscaping around the mailbox. I guess that it will be one of the first things that people will look at when they arrive here and they claim that you want to focus on first impression. That is not a big deal either, I figure that I might have to spend about three hundred dollars on the plants that I need and that is not much to be excited about in the big scheme of this project.
